Slow Cooker Bourbon Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes and Apple

Ingredients
3-4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thick
3-4 large apples, peeled and sliced thick
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
6 boneless pork chops
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/3 cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
1/3 cup chicken broth

Directions
Place sweet potatoes on bottom of greased slow cooker. Layer apples on top of sweet potatoes and sprinkle Onion Onion™ over apples. Season pork chops with Seasoned Salt and place pork chops on top of apples. Combine chicken broth and Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze in a separate bowl and whisk to combine. Pour broth mixture over pork chops. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until potatoes are fork tender and pork chops are cooked through. When serving, use broth from bottom of slow cooked to spoon over pork chops. Makes 6 servings.
